Hotsprings Prodigy H NO HEAT???

Hi, Im new to the forum but need to be pointed in the right direction pleas. I moved in my house here in St Augustine FL last week and finally had a chance to mess with the tub that came with the house. It is a Hot springs Prodigy Model H. When we moved in the power light was on though there was no water. This is my first tub and wanted to do it right so I filled it worked on the chems and got the jets to work but no heat after a few days.

Would I fry the heater if there is no water but power was on??

I have heard there is a RESET button some where that will prevent the heater frying, Is that true?

If it is dead do I just need the element? and do I have to drain it to install it..

Any and all info is greatly appreciated..

Thanks a bunch for your time.. Chris

Doesnt anyone know about a reset button??

I did a search on the forum and some folks have had luck with it. I would like to know if I should go out and buy a heater element. I just hate to do it if I dont have to... Thanks for any help... Chris
