Old Blue Ridge Spa, New digital II -overheating
I have an old Blue Ridge spa that I recently replaced the spa pack in, as the heater was not working. I replaced the old one with an Aqua Magic Digital II pack and top side controls. Everything is working great or maybe a little too good as now the heater heats the water up to 118F then shuts down. I have no idea if there is a way to adjust the heater out. I set it for 104F but it just continues getting hotter till it shuts down. Sometimes after it gets back into the 104F range it will all cut back on, sometimes not. I have tried dropping the temp down to 98F hoping it will stop at 104F but that is to no avail. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Would a relay or bad temp probe cause this and without having to call an electrician how could I check :" title="Question" />
Many Thanks,
skyblu41
