Spa Water Not Heating- Coleman 107
I have a 1997 Coleman 107 hot tub. Pumps and lights work fine. Heater indicator light is on but water never heats up and low speed pumps runs constantly. It appears as though the control board thinks the heater is on and that's why the pump runs. I'm looking for the best way to determine if it's the control board or the heater. The control board was replaced about 5 years ago. The heater is original. Given the age of the spa I don't want to invest too much. The spa repair contractors in my area charge slightly more than a surgeon charges for open heart surgery so I want to try and fix the problem myself.

I was going to say 90% probability it' the heating element...but the original? 99.99999% it's a bad element.
