| Sundance 2002 cameo spa with heater problem-help! |
Our Sundance spa is a 2002 cameo model and has always been problem free until recently. The heater went out so we replaced the heater and high limit sensor. After replacing these items, the spa worked great for a short period and then all of a sudden the temp stayed up around 112 no matter what we set it at. After about a week of that-the tub suddenly locked us out. We refilled the tub with cold water and when we powered it up the display first started going down like normal, then the pump started and the words FLO appeared on the readout and then the temp just started to climb rapidly on the readout even though the tub was still cold, and it shut us out again. Three lines across.
Do you think we need a Temp sensor? Is it worth trying that or is there something else that you could suggest?? Thanks so much...we are at our wits end!

First thing I'd look at is the circulation pump to the heater.
Be sure you have adequate flow.
Then, a new temp sensor.
Beyond that, you may need a circuit board. |
