Tiger Spa Sumatran
Recently finished plumbing a tub for a friend, filled and started. Heater tubes get hot but the water will not warm. Whats going on here?

We need a little more info. Is this a Tiger River Sumatran? Do you have a serial number? You say you plumbed this spa? What exactly did you do to it? Is the circulation pump running?
