Hello, I hope someone can help. I have an Image spa that works just fine except that the heating element only comes on during the high setting. After 20 mins or so it automatically shuts off and so does my heat. Once or twice, I've noticed the heat come on at low speeds but only intermittantly and for very short periods. Something is wrong. Just purchased a new house and it came with the spa so I know nothing about them. It's a pain to have to go outside every 20 mins to turn the darn thing on high just to keep the heater going. Any suggestions? thanks much
