lukewarm in old D1/Balboa spa
My spa is a Dimension One Interlude SL(1995) with a Balboa circuit board #27100 and a Balboa analog spa side control (51221) with 3 buttons and thermostat knob and 1 led heat/status light. I recently refilled and am getting error code of 1 flash. Replaced and recalibrated pressure switch and pulled filter with no luck. Water flow thru lo flow heater seems same as when new. Heat indicator goes to steady on when heater relay closes. If this helps...when heater relay is closed, the RL4 Hi Limit and RL3 Hi Limit relays are also closed. When heater relay is open (heater off), RL3 and RL4 Hi Limit relays are also open. Could this be a spa side control problem and how could I diagnose this? Should I get an ammeter and test current draw from heater?
