newbie, no heat
ok im new to the forum and to spas in general so forgive me if i sound like an idiot. i was given a 2006 leisure bay spa, not sure of the exact model. the spa has two pumps, one is bad. i think its the circulation pump (the one that doesnt pump through the heater) i bypassed the pump and i got the FLO error, so i jumped the pressure switch, now the heater will work but cools as soon as you turn the pump on. it wont heat over 70-75 degrees. shouldnt the spa work fine with only one pump? i know only half the jets will work but shouldnt it heat?? all help and advice is appreciated. thanks

Re: newbie, no heat
The circulation pump is the one that the heater works from, so it won't heat without it running.
