resistance testing Thermistors
Where can i find the ohms range for the two Thermistors in my 99 HS Grandee? Nothing in the manual...
I replaced them both and want to test them to see if they were indeed the problem. Changing them seems to have cured the shutdown issue, but i need to be sure.
Test results using a Fluke digital multimeter: 38416 Thermistor, Hi-Limit Control, GE... 10.97 ohms @ 74 deg f 38415 Thermistor, T-Stat Control, GE... 11.21 ohms @ 74 deg f
both units were indoors for 24 hrs before testing.
