Filter Retaining Ring (?)
As noted in a previous post I was given a Dimension One Seville Ultra Series spa. The Manufaturing Date is 04/95.
It seems the filter in the Crystal Pure reservoir is missing something that holds the filter in place (retainer ring?). Right now the filter just sits in the bin with nothing securing it so it moves. Because of that there seems to be a problem with flow. Would anyone happen to know and/or sell something that would hold the filter in place in the bin? The filter seems to be a (01561-09) 40 Sq. Ft. Crystal Pure Filter.

Hi,
I expect your spa is fitted with a waterway filter box. This has a rectangular weir, with a sloping radius in the back of the box, and two large holes in the bottom which the filters drop into.

The part number is 519-6640 "100 Sq. Ft. Front Access Filter Retailer Ring"
There are a number of online Waterway retailers who should be able to supply you.
