| Leisure Bay Parts list |
I'm trying to replace a few parts on my Leisure Bay 19300-S series (aka Sunset Key). Today I got some new pillows from Rec Warehouse, but they don't seem to carry some of the other parts I'm looking for. Is it possible to get a parts list for one of these spas? That would make finding the part somewhat easier.
Specifically, right now, I'm looking to replace some of the air control knobs. Do I need to go with the OEM part or is this a part that can be replaced with another brand air control knob as long as the part fits?
I may be looking at replacing some other parts in the near future so a parts list would be very helpful. Thanks! |

Yes, I've searched through the Leisure Bay site and I've found some of the parts that I needed, but not all. For instance I'm trying to find replacement air control valves, but none of the air control valves on the Leisure Bay site look like the valves on my spa. Ideally I would like a parts list for my specific spa, but I don't think that's going to happen.
Can someone tell me if the air control valves are interchangeable as long as the thread is the same diameter? |

They're pretty much all there- are you sure you're not seeing it? Do you have a pic? |

Valves.
Hi NC Spa,
I'm curious as to why you want to replace your air control valves.
Are the discolored, or do you have water coming from them?
The parts for your LBI 19-S are still around, but with the dynamic change in manufacturing, it may seem otherwise.
The 3/4 jet bodies use a 3/8 ID tubing that connect to the 2, or 4 nipple 1" fittings which slip into a standard 1" air control valve.
Older models used a "Space Saver" Valve ( 3/4 ) slip. |

Hi InHotWater,
Some of them are broken, the bottom piece has broken off, and some of them are scratched up pretty badly.
Here is a picture of one of the better ones. I couldn't find anything that looked like this on the Leisure Bay site, but i could have missed them.

As InHot Water menntioned, that's part #303059 from the leisure Bay website. It's the complete assymbly, which might be why you didn't recognize it from the picture. Just unsrew the male portion and use it, you don't need to re-plumb and install the female portion. It's readily available from Leisure Bay.
Good luck

Thanks! I saw that one, but it looks a little different than mine so I didn't think it was the right one. Mine is threaded all the way to the bottom and has a small O-ring at the very end. 303509 doesn't have the threads or O-ring. Has it been re-designed? I still might try a different style if it will fit. I like 303376G since it has the ridge on the top which would make it easier to turn while wet, mine can get pretty slippery.
Edit: It looks like Swine and I posted at the same time, he answered my question about it being re-designed. Now I understand. |
