D1 Sarena Bay Cover Recommendations?
The D1 Sarena Bay is an odd-shaped (kinda like a peanut) and large tub, and the Sunstar cover I bought 2 years ago was a disaster (see other thread on this forum). The tri-fold design sagged in the middle section, and the vinyl got eaten quickly by the intense sun at my 7400' altitude home in CO, despite my efforts to treat the vinyl.
I can't afford to replace every two years, so my questions are:
1) Can anyone with a D1 Sarena Bay recommend a cover that has lasted and not sagged? Was it a tri-fold or bi-fold? What manufacturer and options?
2) I am thinking about trying to minimize sun damage by covering the cover with an easily removeable and breathable material. I might cut down an old high-quality breathable car cover that I have. Or...has anyone tried this approach and can recommend a material? How well did it work...or not?
