| Sundance - New Head rest pillows falling apart |
Hey all. Long time no postings....
I have a 2002 Optima maintained very well and run all year long here in WI. In Nov '07, I purchased a complete set of new Sundance head rest pillows and inserts. Approximately 14 months later (Jan 09), all the vinyl on all the pillows and inserts started to blister. Eventually, the vinyl completely broke down and has been in an ever increasing state of decay. Needless to say, I am very unhappy.
Of course, calls to my dealer are met with "Gee, We have never seen this happen before and there is nothing we can do..." Contacted Sundance directly and had two round trip email conversations with them including photos and now I have not heard from them for almost three months and all attempts for continued contact go unanswered.
Water is always balanced using full titration chemistry and I have no other problems. No detergents are used, no brushing was done... basically, I use the tub, keep it clean, balanced, and change the water every three months.
Ideas and recourse is always welcomed. AGE |
