1992 CalSpa Rebuild, need some advice
I have aquired a CalSpa 6/7 person hot tub. The outer skirting is completely rotted out, and there are some leaky lines in several places. The equipment however works when last used. I think the ozonator needs a new bulb inside. The pump appears to have been replaced within the last few years. I want to build a base for it and have got some 2x6 pressure treated lumber and two 4x8 sheets of treated plywood also to get a start. I've read that this tub is the most difficult for beginners but I'm up to the challenge. Any ideas on where to start or how to frame this thing out? I plan on running new lines if needed and replacing all the jets. Then refoaming with a kit from tiger.
