getting jipped by a spa tech.
getting parts not warrnty by the installer...i got a spa pack in last year and it went out and the installer came and got the spa pack back in november and has not returned to install the new one yet and now will not return callls or emails.and i know he reads this form alot.............

Do others a favor and get in touch with BBB and leave reviews of your experience on the usual online directories (if he's listed). Good luck getting it resolved.
