BROWN SCUM
Last night I noticed a brown scum on the larger bubbles in my spa. I don't have it anywhere else and this morning there is no evidence of it at all. What is this caused by? Thanks Joe

There are only 3 instances where I have experianced "brown scum bubbles" and they are:
dirty filter/water/bathers
oil-filled circulation pump leaking oil into the water
heater element going bad
Hope that helps
