Oily substance on filters?
Hi all. We have used our 450 Gal HotSprings Envoy for 1 year with Baqua and were very unhappy w/ Baqua, so just switched to chlorine about 5 weeks ago. Everything is going pretty well, except I took the filters out to rinse them and noticed a small amt of oily or waxy droplet style residue on the plastic of the filters, both top & bottom. It wiped off quite easily w/ my finger. I never saw this when using Baqua. Is it just body oils? Is there a special cleaner I should use? Thanks for any information, it is appreciated.

Thats the reaction baqua has with chlorine. It's gel-like. If you're unable to get it out- new filters.
