I hope that many of you come to visit before you buy and not after you find you have problems. I live in Ontario Canada and purchased a new tub in July, 2009 from a local retailer. I purchased a Vita Spa Joli tub manufactured by DM Industries in Miami Florida. Well I have yet to enjoy my tub due to 3 replacement boards, 1 set of speakers, replacement air controller, repair of 4 leaks and the best part it still leaks.

The retailer told me I have to contact the manufacture for warranty and the manufacture avoided repairing. When I found out that DM Industries was in Chapter 11. I filed a small claims court lawsuit and at my preliminary hearing was advised that the I really needed to take action against the manufacture but as of today they are bankrupt.

Please ask the questions of who honours the warranty, do you have to contact the dealer or manufacture for warranty, read the terms and conditions of sale and the warranty provided with the tub.

I do not want to see anyone else get ripped off like i did. If you live in Ontario and want to know who I got ripped off by please email me.
