Dream Maker / Portable Spa Info Sought

Several years ago we bought an extremely heavy Jacuzzi. It only made it into the yard after eight people manhanded it thru a side gate on it side with a couple of furnature dollies rolling on much plywood. We of course had the excitement of almost dropping it on to the deliver man and my brother-in-law. Needless to say, after eight years of outdoor exposure on the frame, tipping it on it's side, recrating and doing the plywood/dolly dance thru a narrow gate was a bit more excitement that I cared to deal with while moving.

So.... I have no spa now. Bummer hey? Worse?? I already know I am moving again in four years when I retire.

So, I have been looking for a decent portable spa that I can use now and then take with me when I move cross country. I would like something that is exposure freindly and semi portable. I like the idea of the round Dream maker Eclipse spa's but they are not quite deep enough. I am thinking of an x-Spa-dition or X-Calibur since they are a bit deeper, but still not horribly heavy.

Does anyone have one of these? How do you like it? Or, are there anyother 'lightweights' out there I should be looking at also.

Thanks for any assistance you can give.

Hey there.

I got a june 10, 2005 delv. of a "Maui Paradise" 3-4 person spa.

Just about 2 months daily use-love it.

It's "plug n play" 185 Gal. 1.5HP ready to go.

Bought a Prozone online (PZ-1 just fits) and Nature2-wife and I love it!

No frills- but $1998 free shipping?? YES!! HOWEVER---if you're

talking 3-4 L or XL adults--too small 2 adults do have plenty of space,

though. My wife says it's great for her fibromyalgia.

I even made my own cover lifter today- materials cost total under $30!!

And it works!! Dave K York PA

Forgot to mention-that Maui 3-4 person spa

came from Sam's Club online.

We ended up getting the Odyssey spa. I love almost everything about it. It was a breeze to get delivered, and we have even painlessly moved it already, so the painter could work more safely.

It is so much deeper that my last spa, which I love. The only thing I wish was different? The texture of the spa shell is not smooth. But over all, much better than my last spa.

P.s. how did you make your spa cove?
