| HYDRO SPA MARK III OMNI |
Hi everybody !
I'm french and live in the caribbean.
I want to buy a spa between $ 5000 and $6000.
On the island where I live (Saint-Martin) there is no possibility to buy a spa at this price ! Sometime the price are the double of what you pay in USA.
I wanted to buy a spa in Florida (next to Miami because then I have to ship it to Saint-Martin)I know that I can't see the models but I have no choice... I can buy an HYDRO SPA MARK III OMNI at $ 5750. It seems to be a good deal.
What do you think about it ?
The specifications seem to be good for the price...
Thanks to help me.
P. S : Excuse my english... Please answer me with "simple word" |

I just bought this exact spa about 6 weeks ago. Paid about 6800 CDN.
The spa does have all the features listed, and it is really nice. I'm loving it.
We did have a problem with our blower motor, and it needed to be replaced.
The service certainly left ALOT to be desired.
Long story short, it took them almost a month to fix it (it broke may 18, they fixed it this past thursday) and they ignored all my calls once they decided it DID in fact need a motor. I ended up having to call my dealer and it took them another ten days to get the problem rectified for the same reasons. they couldn't get ahold of anyone through phone or email, and no messages were being returned.
so with that....yes i love my spa...that itself is phenominal...but i'm not sure if i could reccommend it because of the service issue.
I'm really really hoping I have no more problems with it.....it was frustrating as hell to deal with. |
