Legacy by Masterspa
Just purchased a Masterspa Legacy Inspire. Had reviewed the Masterspa website. The website states metal substructure. Be aware that this does NOT apply to the Legacy series. Also the insulation was a cheap spray in foam and they didn't get complete coverage on that. It appears they purchased cans of "Great Foam" and did it by hand. Skirt is a cheap looking plastic. You have to disassemble skirt to drain tub. Don't know about quality of shell, electronics or mechanicals yet. Can only assume they are as shoddy or inferior as the rest of the unit. I emailed, and followed up with a phone call, to the customer service department to ask questions. I have not/cannot get a reply. I can also assume that if you have no defense or excuse you don't reply. I would advise you to steer clear of Masterspa and all their subsidaries. Just my opinion. Thanks!
