Southwest spas
California spa model does any one have one and any opinion on the quality of the control unit. My dad swap his hydropool tub for it as the hydro pool needed a new pump and element!!!

Got it running then it cut the 20 amp breaker as i had no instruction on the specifcations. didn't cut the gfci though.... looks like i have a very dead control board.
Any luck with these chinise made hot tubs?

Hi, sorry cant be of much help here, but yes the spas are made in china, and you will struggle to get spares for the control unit. I'd suggest contacting the supplier or the factory that made it.
If you just cant get spares for it, you could buy a balboa or other brand of controller. With some modification to the plumbing (and possibly adding AMP connectors to the pumps), you can upgrade the unit. However this approach could be throwing good money after bad.
