Spa Insulation

I have been shopping around for a new hot tub. Seems to be a lot of pros and cons of how much insulation a spa needs. Some spas have 100% foam fill. While other have very little. Maybe a little on the tub and some on the skirting. Now i know a good cover helps. but what about whats underneith? any recomidations?

Also is there any brands to stay away from? I have looked at Hot springs, Lime Light, Jaccuzi and one on ebay called Aqua Oasis.( not crazy about buying over ebay). I am after a 6 man tub with no lounger, one that has lights and waterfall. And one that has should and hip massage jets.
