I was talking to a Vita retailer at a fair last week, and she told me they were out of bankruptcy and functioning properly as of September 2. Was I being lied to?

Vita Spa - DM Industries assets have been purchased by MAAX Spa in Arizona....and for those thinking of buying a vita spa that may be old stock - buyer beware as there may be no warranty. My vita spa has had 3 new boards a heater 4 leaks repaired a new air controller and new speakers and its only 3 months old. I have been ripped off so please be cautious before you buy. Who will honor the warranty....if not the dealer you may very well be facing long wait times and chasing a corporation or better yet as in my chasing a bankrupt company.
