The Whirlpool and Swim Jet Family from Waterway Plastics includes:
Old Faithful Jets 4 3/4" Hole Size,
Power Swim Jets 3 1/2" Hole Size,
and the discontinued
Quad Flo and Dual Flo Jets 3 1/2" Hole Size.
Note that replacement inserts for the Quad Flo or Dual Flo Jets are no longer produced, and are limited to stock on hand. As a general rule, if you need an insert for one of these, you are going to have to replumb for a new style of jet body and insert.
The most likely candidate for a replacement is typically the Waterway Power Storm Jet, which requires a 3 3/4" hole size with a flat gasket (recommended installation) using a jig saw with a 14-18 tpi metal blade to enlarge the hole.
