A slimmer style of replacement spa control that fits almost anywhere. This is an OEM control system designed for professional installers, so it comes without installation instructions.

The Hydro-Quip 800 series of spa controls can be mounted directly on top of your pump, (using a simple PVC elbow), and incorporate switching for a 120V 2 speed pump, a 120V blower, and Ozone generator. It also incorporates a separate 120V receptical for a separate light transformer which is used on many older spas.

Unit includes 4 foot power cords for the pump, air buttons and tubing, thermostat built into control head, with a 5.5KW heater (240V operation), 1.5KW heater (120V operation). It also comes with a detailed operations manual, heater unions that allow for complete customization to your existing 1.5" or 2.0" plumbing or pump.

Replaceable heater element! This is a complete spa control kit for just about any spa with a single pump and blower. The 240 volt version includes a 3 foot power cord, the 120 volt style incorporates a 15 foot power cord with plug and a GFCI built into the controller.

This control works with 1 two speed pump, a blower, ozonator, and includes a 12 volt spa light kit. The AP-1400 incorporates a replaceable 5.5KW heater element, convertible operation for 115/230 volt supply, 6 pin spa side and ozonator ready. This standard sized AP1400 model has the heater mounted on the bottom of the unit. Includes pump and blower cords. This is a special order item. Please call us for assistance regarding this pack

The EM-190 replacement control Pak will replace many old Brett Aqualine control systems, including old-style EM/CM 190 control boxes.Â The current unit is an air acuated control system, any old-style digital system will require a new topside to go with it.Â Any EM-190 will operate on either 120V or 240V with the exception of the 2-Pump model (240V only). All systems include a 120V ozone receptacle and a receptacle for a 120V topside.Â the 2HP model also includes a secondary pump receptacle (240V) for a single speed booster pump.
