The perfect replacement for any single pump mechanical spa control, the SB 1000 spa control/heater is a convertible 120/240 system and features the ability to control 1 two-speed pump, a blower (or second pump if you don't have blower) ozonator,  includes a 12 volt spa light kit and  3 Air Buttons. The flow thru heater features a replaceable heater element, and is one of the most user-friendly systems out there. One of the most popular style of replacement spa controls around. The Hydro-Quip 500 series of spa controls can be mounted directly on top of your pump, and incorporate switching for a 120V 2 speed pump, a 120V blower, and Ozone generator (in the time clock version). It also incorporates a separate 120V receptical for a separate light transformer which is used on many older spas.

Unit includes 4 foot power cords for the pump and blower, air buttons and tubing, thermostat built into control head, with a 6.0KW heater (240V operation), 1.5KW heater (120V operation). It also comes with a detailed operations manual, heater unions that allow for complete customization to your existing 1.5" plumbing or pump. 

This is a complete spa control kit for just about any spa with a single pump and blower. The 240 volt version includes a 3 foot power cord, the 120 volt style incorporates a 15 foot power cord and Plug-In GFCI.

The new CS-4000 System provides a new 'L' shaped heater for direct mounting to your existing pump.  With the integrated 'slide' feature, the controller can be adjusted to the desired mounting height in relation to the heater housing.

The CS4009-US1 will operate a single two speed pump, a blower, light and ozone generator.

The CS4009-US2 will operate a single two speed pump, another single speed pump, a blower, light and ozone generator.

It comes standard with all necessary cords and built in 'L' shaped 2 inch, 5.5 kw heater.  For single pump and blower installations, this spa control is compatible with 115 Volt operation.  Estimated heater wattage at 115V is 1.37 kw.

Need a controller for a small space? The CS700 System provides this and more!

We offer six versions of this control sporting just about any combination to suit your spa control needs.

It comes standard with all necessary cords and built in 14", 2 inch diameter  heater.  For single pump and blower installations, this spa control is compatible with 120 Volt operation.  The -D, -E and T-A versions come with a plug-in the wall ground fault device and a 15 foot power cord.  All 240 volt versions come with an 8 gauge 3 foot power cord, (4 conductor, L1, L2, Neutral and Ground).

"T" designated units units come with a time clock to set heating and filtration times. Note this control does not offer a configuration for 240 Volt pump or blower as the control accessory plugs are rated for 120 Volts.  240 Volt main power versions are configured to provide 240 volts to the heater only.

If your installation requires a light fixture, you will need to select the lighting kit from the options menu below.

ACC This is a complete system with a two speed pump, blower, cord and air switch for a second pump.  It also includes a 12 volt spa light kit.  

This controller is normally for a spa that has TWO pumps, and a blower, or three pumps.

Note: If you have a single pump and blower system, then you should check out the SB-1000 Control System and save some money.

It requires 230 Volts with Neutral to operate. The AP-1400 spa system  incorporates a replaceable 5.5KW heater element,  and is 6 pin spa side and ozonator ready.    

This system, as pictured includes a 1.5 HP two speed spa pump, 1.0 HP blower, light kit... the works.  

  Simply slide under the spa, connect power, suction hose, discharge hose, blower hose.. then with 3 air buttons, you're up and running.
