Response Yes it can. These things are pretty simple to install. At first, seeing under your tub with the existing equipment can make the entire situation a lot more complex than it is.... however, once you remove your old control and heater, the solution is usually very easy. It takes a few hours to do, and requires just plain common sense.
If your existing installation is 115V only, then this unit should work fine.
