I have inherited a spa with this model control and have no idea where the manual is. Can you point me in the right direction as to where to locate one?
Response
Here, just uploaded it for you: Owners Manual, AP-4

I need a wiring diagram for this unit.
Response
There are several different possible wiring diagrams for units that "look" like this, call us with the part # 3-70-xxxx so that we can send you the correct one.

If I connect this AP-4 to 220V,
does the ozone connection put out 110V or 220V ?

I currently run 110V, but am considering upgrading to 220V
for the heating advantages.

Thanks!
Response
The ozone output remains 110 but could be converted if necessary. Like most convertible Controlllers, the output to the pump and blower remain 110 as well but ...can be converted in the field to 220 if required.

what is the toggle switch on the right side of the AP4 control unit used for, and is the third air switch down from the top the one that runs the lights.
Response
This switch that is in the front of the AP-4 Control is for Timed Filtration & Heat or Timed Filtration & Auto Heat. The air switches in the side of the control (top) is for the pump (mid) for the blower (bttm) is for the light.

Thank you for clearing up the air buttons but I still need to know what the toggle switch on the right side of the unit is for. I know that the one on the front controls the timer & heat but what is the switch on the right side just below the wires for the light. Thank you
Response
That button on the side is for determining which brand of topside control panel you have. There are two selections, one is Len Gordon Aquaset, the other is for a Tridelta/TecMark type. This controls whether or not power is applied to the blower illumination (indicator bulb) on the topside panel 24/7....

On a TriDelta/TecMark type, Newer style that uses an electronic thermostat, the blower indicator bulb is no longer present (as opposed to older models, and other brands), and to enable the digital display on one, power must be applied to the orange lead (the blower indicator) to illuminate the temperature display - like this one: Tekmark Topside Control Panel

For all other brands of topside controllers, this switch should be left in the Len Gorden Aquaset position.

Just about the only thing that would happen by having it set the wrong way, would be...

1. On a conventional topside, the blower light will be illuminated 24/7.
2. On a TecMark topside, the temperature display will not operate.

This should help.
