Someone on the internet (ebay user) is using the email address of the_spa_babe@comcast.net to sell spa parts.  We can assure you this is NOT US.  Additionally, Spa Babes has never had a comcast email address.  Please be careful who you deal with online and ensure they are a reputable firm, with a physically verifiable address and telephone number.

The hot tub parts industry is complex and a young industry. Many "players"  have come and gone.  Documentation for particular spa brands may be scarce, nonexistant, incomplete or incorrect.  That does not mean that parts are not available for a particular hot tub, but it may take some time to determine what is needed.  Spa Babes cannot be responsible for reccomendations based on pictures that may be of a similar part! Hot tub part identification is a joint effort at times, between the tech and SpaBabes Inc. No representations or warranties can be offered as to the correctness or completeness of reccomendations made by the staff at spababes. 

Shipping, Warranties, and Returns.

We use ups ground services as our primary shipping method. However, preferential freight services are available. Please call 1-866-364-9681 after placing your order if you would like to use priority shipping. We will quote you and charge your card accordingly. Minimum charge for Next day air is 35.00. Saturday delivery via UPS is only available with a next day air SATURDAY DELIVERY shipment. Next Day Air Saturday delivery charge is 15.00 in addition the the next day air rate. Note that Saturday delivery is not available in all zip codes. We cannot be responsible for priority shipments that do not ship on the day we recieve them.  Some items are shipped by vendors and other warehouses and may not ship on the day ordered.  When the product does ship, it will be shipped  with the shipping preferences specified. Priority shipping can be much more expensive than one would think. A 30 pound pump can cost as much as $200 plus for next day air freight.  Because of this we can not  ship next day air at our expense for any reason. Shipping to the states of Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional freight as will shipments to territories. This freight will be calculated and charged when the package is boxed and weighed.  

Exports Outside of Continental USA

All export shipments are reviewed and shipping charges are initially estimated by our export staff. At this point you will be notified of the estimate and if you agree to proceed, your card will be charged These estimates are not guaranteed because actual charges are not be apparent until items are packaged, weighed and measured and a shipping bill is created.

Additional shipping charges may be applied. The purchaser is the importer and all brokerage fees, duties, taxes, import fees and VATS are payable by the importer.
Spa Babes Inc does not have the ability or the resources to compute these charges. If Spa Babes Inc is charged back for any fee related to the import process this fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file.

   Exceptions

Regardless of the shipping mode, Spa Babes Inc. can never guarantee your package will ship or arrive on a specific day, as once your package leaves our facilities, we have no control over the shipper's operations.  Any claims with regards to late delivery must be addressed to the shipping company.  Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Smaller items may be shipped by US Mail. Claims for shipping damage MUST be reported to Spa Babes Inc. Immediately, any damage claims that are more than 10 days past delivery date cannot be refunded or returned. Open your boxes right away!!

All warranties are by the manufacturer and are manufacturer limited warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Certain factors are outside these parameters. Chemical damage, heater dry fire,water damage, electrical, and  installation problems are easily determined and are simply not warrantable.

Parts are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship. In order to process a warranty claim, the part must be returned to Spa Babes Inc at customers freight expense  to determine the cause of failure. The part will be repaired, replaced or warranty declined based on our determination of warranty. No new parts can be sent until Spa Babes Inc or our vendor is in possesion of the part sent in for warranty.

Electronic Packs and control systems are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship. All control systems  with warranty claims must be returned to us at the customers expense to determine the validity of a warranty claim. These controls will be wet tested repaired,replaced or warranty declined, based on our determination of warranty. All equipment will be shipped back to customer and freight and bench charges will be billed to the customer  Electronic Packs include all SBSG LX series equipment, ALL ACC ST digital equipment, and ALL Balboa equipment.

If you order the wrong part you may return with no penalty  it for 30 days. All returned parts must be received in a like new condition, pack carefully! Please call before returning to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Freight charges and a 4.00 handling fee will be applied. If we send you  the wrong part, we will send an exchange part by UPS or USPS ground delivery only and send a return freight tag so that you may return the product without penalty.  Some products may be subject to restocking charges. Please see below.

  If you decide you no longer need an item after receiving it, please be aware there may be restocking charges to return it.  Some items are not returnable.  See below.

Returns recieved after 30 days will be subject to our refund schedule. Items returned in as new condidion after30 days will recieve a refund of 75% of purchase price less shipping and 4 dollar handling fee.  Items that are not in as new condition, have obviously been installed, etc will be refunded at no MORE than 50% of original purchase price less shipping and a 4 dollar handling fee. This fee can vary depending on the condition of the item.  Some items are simply not returnable.  

Special order items  

PVC Hose by the foot is considered a special order item and not normally returnable.

Spa Packs (Spa controls mounted with pumps/blowers etc) are custom built to your specifications. We make every attempt to determine suitability for your installation. They are typically not returnable but full tech support is available for your installer. Restocking charges must be applied on any returned spa pack. Spa Packs that have been installed are not returnable.

Spa Controls are typically not returnable unless there is a configuration problem that cannot be resolved, (in which case we will do everything we can within reason to exchange with a different control that will work for your installation). Full tech support is available for your installation. Restocking charges will apply on any returned spa control. Spa controls that have been installed are not returnable.  

As per manufacturer guidance, electronic circuit boards and digital top side panels are not returnable unless the wrong component was ordered or shipped. Using a part for troubleshooting is not allowable. BEFORE you install a new circuit board, do a proper inspection to be certain that you have the correct board replacement! If you see anything that doesn't look right, between your old board, and the new one, then DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL IT! Call us right away and we'll resolve the problem. Once a board has been installed it must be considered used and IS NOT RETURNABLE!  Balboa Circuit boards are warranted for 2 years, by the manufacturer. Spa Builders/Allied Innovations circuit boards have a 60 day warranty.  Other circuit boards are are warranted for 1 year, by the manufacturer, against defects in materials and workmanship..
