Product Description
Replacement sensor used in Balboa controls with M7 technology. These sensors help to detect water flow, temperature and any hi-limit conditions at the heater. In most cases there will be two of these sensors on each side of your heater. On the Balboa 2000 LE (Pressure Switch Version) there will be one of these sensors that acts as your hi-limit detection. Balboa does recommend to replace both sensors at the same time. Try replacing the sensors before replacing the major components.
Common to find these sensors used on the Balboa VS Series, GS Series, EL2001 Mach 3, 2000 LE (M7 and pressure switch versions) and proprietary versions by many manufacturers.
Balboa recommends replacing the M7 sensor in pairs

- 1/4" Diameter temp probe
- 24" cable length (can replace shorter lengths)
- 2 pin connector
