How do I make sure I’m ordering the correct part?
To avoid ordering the wrong part, we recommend confirming:

If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you confirm the correct part.
What information should I send so you can identify my part?

Can you help me match a part from a photo?
Yes. We can often help identify parts from photos plus measurements.
Do you sell parts for my spa brand?
We carry a wide range of replacement hot tub and spa parts that fit many common systems and brands. The best way to confirm fit is to match the part number and specs.
✅ Shipping Questions (USA)
Where do you ship?
We ship to virtually any address in the United States. Some products may have shipping restrictions.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We ship many orders using US Postal Service (USPS), and P.O. Boxes may be required for some delivery locations.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on:

How fast do orders ship?
We do everything possible to ship your order the same day or the next business day, depending on the time the order is placed and item availability.
We ship every day except Sunday. Saturday has an earlier cutoff time.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit time. Shipping estimates may appear in checkout.
Is shipping weight-based?
Yes. Many shipping rates are weight-based. Product weight may be found on the product page. All weights may be rounded up to the next full pound as required by shipping carriers.

What is your return policy?
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus:

Do you refund shipping charges?
No. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Who pays return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item), we will cover the return shipping.

If the wrong part was ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
How fast will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected as new and unused.
Can I return electrical parts?
No. We do not accept returns on electrical parts.
However, if an electrical part arrives defective, we will provide a replacement based on the manufacturer defect/warranty policy.
