Power Depot Intelligent Remote Heater with Cords - In Therm 60Hz, 4KW, 230 Vac. The Power Depot heater is an innovative smart heater that is mounted remotely or separately from your spa control. It features built-in dry-fire protections to detect and act on hi-limit situations and an electronic switch that replaces the older pressure switch. Pairs with the Gecko In.Xm and Tatum Mfg. Power Depot spa packs and control systems.
On spas made by Tatum Manufacturing you can find this heater snapped into a black plastic shroud with two 2" pvc plumbing unions (3" across male thread) on each end that affix the plumbing to the heater. The heater connects to the spa pack with a large power plug and a small communication cable. This blue heater replaces all red models. This easy to install heater includes an 8 ft power and communication cable.
Failing Power Depot heaters often give RHNF, RHNC and RHHR error codes - If you have checked that you have a good running pump, clean filters, that your jets are open, have a good water level and the codes persist, it is time for a new heater in almost every case.
