Hot tub diverter valves control the direction of water flow between different jet groups inside a spa. By turning the diverter knob, spa users can redirect water pressure from one seating area or jet group to another.
Over time diverter valves and internal diverter components can wear out due to heat, chemical exposure, and normal use. When this happens the valve may begin leaking, become difficult to turn, or fail to properly redirect water flow.
