This part is a 25Amp Pressure Switch that features 1/8th" MPT Standard Threads and 2 Spade connectors for attaching the 2 wire connections. Watch the Video below for How To Information on Pressure Switches.
This Switch will fit Balboa, Gecko, ACC, Hydroquip, Len Gordon, Maddux, CTI and most other standard Hot Tub Heater Tubes but the 25Amp feature is rarely found. The 25Amp switch would normally be found in a 115V Plugged in style where the hot wire for the Heater runs through the switch. Most Air Button Pressure Switches only have a relay turn on wire going through the Pressure Switch that draws less than 1 Amp.
What goes wrong with these switches? Either the Switch does not close when the pump comes on and puts pressure on the switch or it doesn't open when the pump goes off. If either of these things happens you will have a No Heat or Overheat Situation on most systems. There are other things that will cause a flo code like an inoperative pump or a stopped up filter so be sure the switch is bad before replacing.
