Water Manifold Base Kits
Hot tub water manifold base kits are used when the main manifold housing has cracked or failed but the remaining plumbing can still be reused.
The manifold base is the central distribution component that divides water flow from the spa pump into multiple plumbing lines that supply the spa jets.
Manifold bases commonly fail due to freeze damage, aging plastic, or stress from plumbing movement. When this happens the spa may develop leaks underneath the tub or lose pressure to multiple jets.
Replacing the manifold base can restore proper water flow and eliminate leaks in the spa jet plumbing system.
Many spa owners encounter this problem after a hot tub has been shut down during freezing temperatures, allowing trapped water inside the manifold to expand and crack the housing.
Our manifold base kits provide a reliable replacement solution and can often be installed without replacing the entire jet plumbing system.
