Spin to Win or Connect Kits

Hot Tub Spin and Connect Kits for Manifold, Jet Body, and Tubing Repair

Shop Spin and Connect Kits designed to simplify hot tub and spa plumbing repairs when replacing manifolds, jet bodies, or air lines. These kits are built for real world repair situations where existing plumbing has been cut, shortened, or broken and standard fittings alone will not solve the problem.

Spin Kits are used when replacing broken water manifolds.
Connect Kits are used when extending flexible tubing for jet bodies and air manifolds.

Both are available in multiple pipe and tubing sizes to match your spa plumbing system.

What Is a Spin Kit

Spin Kits are designed for manifold replacement when you must reconnect new plumbing to existing rigid or flex PVC pipe.

When cutting out a broken manifold, the main input pipe often needs to be extended slightly to keep the new manifold close to its original position.

Spin Kits allow you to glue a coupler to existing plumbing and rotate or spin it into place before completing the connection. This makes alignment easier and prevents stress on the new manifold.

Typical Spin Kit Components

• Slip x Slip Coupler matched to pipe size
• Short section of matching flex pipe
• Purple Primer
• Hot Blue Glue

Glue quantities vary depending on kit size.

What Is a Connect Kit

Connect Kits are used when replacing jet bodies or air manifolds that require cutting flexible tubing lines.

After cutting the tubing, the remaining line is often too short to reconnect to the new fitting.

Connect Kits solve this problem by allowing you to extend the line safely.

How Connect Kits Work

  1. Insert a barbed coupler into the existing tubing.

  2. Install a new section of tubing between the barbed coupler and the new jet body or air manifold.

  3. Secure connections using proper glue or clamps depending on configuration.

This restores proper length without replacing entire plumbing runs.

Proper Sizing Is Critical

Spin Kits are sized by pipe diameter.
Connect Kits are sized by tubing inside diameter.

Always measure before ordering.

How to Measure Spa Plumbing

Nominal pipe size does NOT match actual outside diameter.

Always measure the outside diameter of rigid PVC pipe.

Standard PVC Pipe Outside Diameter Chart

Nominal Pipe Size Actual Outside Diameter
1/2 inch 0.840 inch
3/4 inch 1.050 inch
1 inch 1.315 inch
1-1/2 inch 1.900 inch
2 inch 2.375 inch
2-1/2 inch 2.875 inch
3 inch 3.500 inch

Common Flexible Tubing Sizes

3/8 inch
1/2 inch
3/4 inch

Measure the inside diameter of tubing when selecting Connect Kits.

Slip vs Street Also Called Spigot

Slip fittings have an internal socket that accepts pipe.

Street fittings also called spigot have one male end with the same outside diameter as the same nominal pipe size. That male end inserts into a slip fitting.

Spin Kits primarily use slip style couplers for rotational alignment.
