Sometimes refereed to as 25715-204 or FW11004.Compare the pictures and measurements to be sure this is the correct pillow for your spa.Please Note: The original version of this pillow that had peaks and valleys (example in Picture Area) in the back is obsolete this is the correct and only replacement pillow..
