Single Water Manifolds & Replacement Parts
Single hot tub water manifolds are used when replacing an individual spa manifold rather than installing a full repair kit.
Manifolds distribute water from the spa pump to multiple jet plumbing lines, allowing water pressure to reach each spa jet.
Older hot tubs often used slip style manifolds where flexible PVC pipe is glued directly into the manifold ports.
Newer spa plumbing systems often use barbed manifolds, where clear vinyl tubing attaches over barbed fittings and is secured with clamps.
Single manifold replacements are commonly used when freeze damage cracks the plastic manifold body but the surrounding plumbing system remains intact.
Replacing the damaged manifold can restore proper water flow to the spa jets and eliminate plumbing leaks underneath the tub.
